OTLA staff will welcome students at Kansai International Airport (KIX). We will pick students up and drop them off at school, so students won’t get lost
Resident registration is required to live in Japan. OTLA staff will support students with a resident registration.
③ National health insurance card
④ Bank account registration
In case of becoming ill or getting injured while studying in Japan, students must enroll in National Health Insurance in preparation for paying a large amount of money. We will support students with the enrollment procedures at the ward office.
In Japan, international students can also open bank accounts at post offices and banks. When a student open an account, the cash card will be delivered to the student’s home in about two weeks after the procedure.

For students who require mobile phone services such as a smartphone services, OTLA staff will support the contract procedure.
After receiving permission from the Immigration Bureau to engage in activities other than that permitted under the status of residence previously granted, activities can be carried out within a 28-hour period (8 hours a day during long holidays).

In order to maintain the health of all international students, we also conduct regular health checkups by a doctor every year.
OTLA staff will support students in obtaining the Certificate of Eligibility required for visa renewal applications.
