Payments and other fees will be separately notified by Osaka Taiyo Language Academy. Please transfer the amount by the specified deadline.
1. In principle, the tuition fees already paid are non-refundable. However, students may request a refund in the following cases: If student has a desire to quit and refuses to enroll in the school before entering Japan and enrollment date, school fees will be refunded except for the entrance fee and screening fee. If student wants to quit after entering Japan, school fees will not be refunded in any case.
2. In case student’s visa is not approved, the screening fee will not be refunded.
3. Payment must be made by bank transfer. School will not accept payment in cash.
