Payments and other fees will be separately notified by the university. Please remit payment by the specified deadline.

<Refund Policy>
1. Student fees already paid will not be refunded in principle.
2. Even if your visa application is denied, the screening fee and enrollment fee paid will not be refunded.
3. Payment must be made by bank transfer. Cash payments are generally not accepted.
★The following policy applies to student fees when a student withdraws or takes a leave of absence during enrollment.
1) For April entrants, the payment deadline is the last day of February each year. For October entrants, the deadline is the last day of August each year.
If the payment deadline falls on a non-business day, the deadline is the preceding business day.
(Tuition Refunds)
2) If a student withdraws before the start date of the academic term for their respective enrollment period, the full amount of tuition fees already paid for that academic term will be refunded.
However, if a student withdraws after the start date of the academic term, tuition fees for that academic term will not be refunded.
3) Tuition refunds will be processed by the method designated by the university after the prescribed procedures have been completed.
