OTLA staff will meet you at Kansai International Airport (KIX). We will transport you directly to the school, so you won’t get lost.
Resident registration is required to live in Japan. You will complete resident registration with OTLA staff.

If you become ill or injured while studying in Japan and need to visit a hospital, enroll in private health insurance to prepare for significant expenses. We will assist you with the enrollment process at the ward office.
International students in Japan can also open accounts at post offices and banks. When opening an account, you will also create a cash card. The cash card will be delivered to your home approximately two weeks after completing the procedures.

For those who need a mobile phone, OTLA staff will assist with the contract procedures.
After obtaining permission for activities outside the scope of one’s status from the Immigration Bureau, such activities may be conducted within the limit of 28 hours per week (or 8 hours per day during extended vacation periods).

To maintain the health of our international students, we conduct regular annual health checkups by a physician.
OTLA staff will assist you in obtaining the Certificate of Eligibility required for your visa renewal application.
